If you have a school coordinator at
your school, you MUST turn in your registration form and monies at your school
office IF BEFORE THE DEADLINE . Any form turned into the Dads Club
office from a school that has a school coordinaor will be returned. If you
have no school coordinator, please turn your form and monies into the Dads' club
office.
LATE REGISTRATION
Begins November 9th & ends November 13th, 2009
Late registrations can
only be accepted through the Dads Club office.
LATE
REGISTRATIONS CANNOT be dropped off at school. They
can only go through the Dads' Club office. Please check with the Dads'
Club office at 326-6080 to see if space is available BEFORE
dropping off form.
All late registrations
must be accompanied with the registration fee along with the $10 late
fee.
Coaches Packet Pick

Coaches will be notified by mail in
regards to packet pick up
REGISTRANTS
WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THEIR COACHES AFTER THE COACHES PACKET PICK
UP.
Games are played on Saturdays at
various school locations.
Practice dates and times are
scheduled by the coach.
