Basketball Registration for 2008-2009

Begins:  Sept. 29, 2008

Ends: Oct. 23. 2008

Who is eligible to play:  Preschool (must be 4 yrs. old by the time the season begins) through 5th grade

$10.00 late fee if registration form if accepted after Oct. 23, 2008

If you have a basketball school coordinator, please drop off your form in your school office.  If you do not have a school coordinator, please turn your form and monies into the Dads' club office.  For a listing of school coordinators click on school coordinators under basketball. 

LATE REGISTRATIONS CANNOT be dropped off at school.  They can only go through the Dads' Club office.  Please check with the Dads' Club office at 326-6080 to see if space is available BEFORE dropping off form.

Season Begins:  January 10, 2009

Season Ends:  February 28, 2009

Coaches Packet Pick Up: 

November 25th@ 6:30 p.m.

 @ the Friendly House @ 1221 Myrtle St.

Coaches will be notified by mail

Practice days and times are decided by the Coach

Games are played at various Davenport Community Schools on Saturdays
