Soccer Registration Begins:  Dec. 21, 2009

Soccer Registration Ends:  Jan. 21, 2010

If you have a school coordinator at your school, you MUST turn in your registration form and monies at your school office IF BEFORE THE DEADLINE .  Any form turned into the Dads Club office from a school that has a school coordinaor will be returned.  If you have no school coordinator, please turn your form and monies into the Dads' club office.

LATE REGISTRATION: 

Feb. 22-26

All late registrations MUST GO THROUGH THE DADS CLUB OFFICE

Currently - these are the only teams we are accepting late registration for.  To register, turn your form & monies, including late fee into the Dads Club office.

PreSchool - Full, no late registrations accepted

Kindergarten - Wilson, Hayes, Durant, Truman

1st grade - Full, no late registrations accepted

2-3 Girls - St. Paul

2-3 Coed - Blue Grass, Harrison, Walcott, All Saints, Adams, Truman

4-5 Girls - Harrison, JFK

4-5 Coed - Truman, Blue Grass

6-8 Girls - Sudlow, St. Paul

6-8 Coed - Walcott

Late registrations can only be accepted through the Dads Club office. 

LATE REGISTRATIONS CANNOT be dropped off at school.  They can only go through the Dads' Club office.  Please check with the Dads' Club office at 326-6080 to see if space is available BEFORE dropping off form.

All late registrations must be accompanied with the registration fee along with the $10 late fee.

Coaches Packet Pick up will be March 18th @ 6:30 p.m. @ the Friendly House.

COACHES WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL

Players will be notified AFTER packet pick up

 SEASON BEGINS - April 17 & 18

SEASON ENDS - May 15 & 16 for Preschool and Kindergarten

SEASON ENDS - May 22 & 23 for 1-8 grade 

Games are played on Saturday for Kindergarten through 8th grade at the Davenport Soccer Complex on Division Street.   Preschool will play on Sunday afternoons.

Practice dates and times are scheduled by the coach.
