Referees - Please remember to fill out your W-9 form.  Checks cannot be given until you turn in your W-9.

Referee Clinic for Fall 2008 soccer is August 9th  from 12:30 -  1:00  for returning referees and 1:00 - 4:00 for NEW referees at the Friendly House @ 1221 Myrtle St. in Davenport.

If you are in need of a Dads' Club referee shirt, you will need to notify Nancy @326-6080 by July 30th.   Shirts are $10.00.  Please bring exact monies or check payable to Dads' Club.  There will be a limited number of extra shirts available after the clinic.

Please bring a whistle and a pen/paper.
